How do I share my child's wish list?

Every child gets their own wish list, created automatically when you add them. It stays private until you share it — one tap makes a link you can send to grandparents, friends or family. Whoever opens it sees the list straight away, with no app to download and no account to create.

Is the wish list private?

Yes. Each child's wish list is private by default and visible to no one until you choose to share the link. There's no public page and no search listing — only the people you send the link to can see it.

Can grandparents buy a gift without an account?

Yes. Anyone with the link can buy as a guest — no Loopyty account needed. They can choose a pre-loved toy from Loopyty, a brand-new toy from any shop, or follow a note or photo you've added. Pre-loved toys are one of a kind, so it's worth being quick — once one is bought it shows as gone on the list.

Why we made it

We built it for two things we learned. One: every child has a list running in their head — the dinosaur that ROARS, the LEGO set with the shark, the doll's house with the tiny door that actually opens. Half the joy of a toy is the dreaming, the wishing, the imagining before it's even yours. So the wish list is a place to enjoy exactly that bit — out loud.

Two: loads of parents actually want pre-loved toys for birthdays and big days — they just needed an easy way to say "yes, pre-loved is perfect for us". The wish list says it for them, to family and friends. And whoever's giving always has a greener choice within reach.

Already there, ready for wishes

Nothing to set up! The moment you add your child on Loopyty, the wish list is already there with their name on it ("Olve's wishes") — one list per child. All you do is add wishes. It's private until you share it, and sharing is one tap: share Olve's list, send the link, done.

Add everything they dream of

You don't sit down and "make a list" first. You browse Loopyty as usual, and when you spot something they'd love, you add it. The list fills up as you go. Four ways to add:

add a pre-loved toy from Loopyty — pop it on from the product card or the toy's page, one tap
add a brand-new toy from anywhere else online (copy and paste the URL)
write a little note — "something with dinosaurs! Or anything Paw Patrol"
snap a photo of a toy they spotted at a friend's house

Share it with the grown-ups who matter

Send the list to grandparents, godparents, aunts and uncles with one simple link. No app to download, no account to create — they just open it and see exactly what your child is dreaming about right now.

And you only share it once — it's one living list, always up to date. Everyone you've sent the link to sees the latest wishes whenever they open it: add a toy today, and Grandma spots it next time she looks. It works just as well for a whole class as for one family.

And right at the top they see your child's interests — Sport, Space, Building, whatever they love — so even when the perfect gift isn't on the list yet, there's a spark to start from.

So if that roaring dinosaur catches their eye, it's worth being quick, because once it's snapped up it's gone, and it shows as unavailable on the list.
