No. The moment your toy is adopted, the sale books the Helthjem pickup for you automatically — you arrange nothing. You'll get an email and a text with your pickup code, and it's always saved under Orders too.

Where do I find my pickup code?

It comes by email and text as soon as the toy sells, and it's always under Orders. Write it clearly on the outside of the parcel — and add the new family's name too, if you like.

When and where do I put the parcel out?

Put it out by 23:00 — on your doormat or in your postbox, whichever your email says. Helthjem collects it overnight while you sleep, so you never have to meet a stranger or make a trip of your own.

The new family gets it delivered and unwraps it — and your toy's next chapter begins. It's a lovely moment for the kids at both ends: they can check the toy's passport in Hall of fame, see everywhere it's been and where it has gone to, and a new stamp is added to its story. And the money follows on its own — once Helthjem picks the toy up, your payout is on its way.
